Bulk Haul Software vs. Toro TMS, Tread, HaulWare & Trux
Best Bulk Hauling Software 2026
Built for the aggregate and bulk hauling company owner. Most hauling software stops at dispatch and billing. Bulk Haul Software connects quoting, scheduling, dispatching, digital tickets, invoicing, driver pay, subcontractors, DOT compliance, DVIRs and fleet maintenance, so you don't need to buy separate products. And because DOT compliance is tied to dispatching, out-of-compliance drivers and equipment don't go out on the road.

One Application Replaces Several Programs
Stop paying for, and re-keying data between, separate systems. Bulk Haul Software replaces them with one application that communicates across the whole platform.
- Order managementQuotes, orders & jobs
- DispatchingSchedule board & driver app
- DOT driver complianceDQ files, MVRs, med cards, drug & alcohol
- DOT fleet complianceRegistrations & annual inspections
- MaintenancePM schedules, work orders, DVIRs
- Customer & subcontractor portalsTickets, invoices, truck requests
- InvoicingFrom AI-verified tickets
All in one application, one login, one set of data
- Enter it once: Data flows from a quote to an order, a dispatch, a ticket and an invoice without re-keying.
- Compliance tied to dispatching: An expired med card or overdue inspection alerts dispatchers before the truck is assigned.
- Drivers feed the shop: A defect reported on a DVIR goes straight to your maintenance team.
- Subs and customers stay in the loop: Portals provide the information your lease haulers and customers need, so they won't have to call you for updates.
Why Haulers Choose Bulk Haul Software
What you won't find together in any other system on this page.
Built for the hauling company owner
Other platforms are built for material producers, contractors or freight carriers. Bulk Haul Software is built for the aggregate and bulk hauling company owner who runs the trucks, the drivers, the customers and the back office, and needs it all in one system.
DOT compliance is tied to dispatching
Driver compliance (license, medical card, MVR, DQ file) and fleet compliance (registration, annual DOT inspection, service status) are checked right where you dispatch. You're warned before you assign an out-of-compliance driver or truck, so you don't send them out on the road.
Vehicle Maintenance is included
Preventive maintenance, work orders, repair history and DVIRs are readily available to the dispatcher and can warn or prevent dispatching non-compliant drivers or trucks. Defects drivers report go straight to your maintenance team, with no separate shop software.
Your subs can do their own data entry
Lease haulers use their own portal to accept job requests, commit trucks and manage drivers. You can track their insurance and rate their performance.
A price you can see before the demo
Published per-truck pricing with unlimited office users on Standard and Pro at no additional cost. No per-seat licenses, and no load-volume pricing.
We don't compete with you for jobs
Bulk Haul Software is software only. We don't run a hauling marketplace, so your customers and your rates stay yours.

It was nice to be able to get somebody up and running within two days on the system where it took us two weeks before.
That's a huge thing for us.

We have customers using the portal and they LOVE it because they have easy access to their information.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Dispatches can go out by text. Drivers who use the app also get job-site directions, AI ticket capture, signatures and DVIRs.
When a driver photographs a ticket, AI either fills in the ticket details or checks the ticket number and quantity the driver entered against the photo. When they match, the ticket is automatically marked Verified in the ticket list. If AI can't confirm the details, the ticket stays Unverified for your back office to review. Your office only looks at those tickets instead of checking every ticket by hand, so verification takes less time and errors are caught before they reach an invoice.
Yes. Standard and Pro are $25 and $35 per truck per month with unlimited users (10-truck minimum, annual prepaid). Brokers are charged based on the number of tickets. It is volume based, and starts at $3,000/year for the first 3,000 tickets.
