Finished moving reports, imports, and exports to background jobs on a separate service so they don’t slow real-time operations. Improved performance of process that adds a truck to a job. This process was one of the processes that was causing intermittent hanging of the application.
The status reports and the filenames weren’t very intuitive for many of the reports and export files. We hope the new status notifications and filenames are more intuitive. If you think we missed the mark on some of these, let us know what you think would be better.
When invoices were printed, the status wasn’t updated until after the screen was refreshed. This has been updated to reflect changes as soon as you submit the invoice for printing.
When invoices were generated as a background job, the user wasn’t being directed to the invoice screen. With this release, when you click on the ‘Invoice Generation Completed’ notification, you will be directed to the invoice screen, filtered to show recently created invoices. This will save you the step of having to go to the invoice screen.
Increased the size of the Ticket Number box on the “Grouped by Customer, Job, Product, and Location” invoice type.
