What is a “Tenant Name”?

A tenant name uniquely identifies your part of Dump Truck Dispatcher on the web. It is like a portal and differentiates your data from that of the other customers on our network. It can be found in the header of the Dump Truck Dispatcher web application to the left of the user profile image.

What is my Tenant Name?

Your tenant name is usually your company name with spaces replaced by hyphens (e.g., Great-Hauling-Company for Great Hauling Company).

If this doesn’t work, contact your Dump Truck Dispatcher administrator or dispatcher.

How do I get our logo on our quotes or other documents?

Go to Administration > Settings > Appearance.

Upload your logo. Ensure it meets the size specifications shown on the upload screen.

To verify that your logo:

  • Go to Quotes
  • Edit an existing quote or create a new one
  • Select Print Quote to Preview the file

How do I resend the Activation Email to a user?

Go to Settings > User > Select User > Edit > Send Activation Email.

This email will include the login information and can be sent to any user, including your drivers. Here’s a link to a video that will walk you though the process.

Note that your users can click on the “Forgot password” link to have their password sent to their email address.

How can I speak with a person to get help?

While the chatbot has been trained on our documentation, it may not be able to answer all of your questions accurately. If you need help from our customer success staff, please enter a support ticket, and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
